Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
Please allow additional processing time during launches, drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 SHIPPING TIMES
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available

📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Unashamed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
🔎 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.
📦 LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Unashamed is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery area and contact your local carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and items.
